"During our first night at Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa, we had the pleasure of dining at a wonderful Italian restaurant called Mamma Mia. We ordered the vongole, aglio olio pasta, and a margherita pizza, all of which arrived fresh and hot at our table along with a breadbasket. Everything was delicious, and the chef’s unique take on the vongole was a pleasant surprise. What made the evening even more special was the excellent service from Ariel and Joerex, who took such good care of us throughout our meal. When Ariel found out we were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary, he surprised us with a cake, complete with a sweet anniversary greeting. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly made our night memorable."

"Had dinner at Mamma Mia inside Mandarin Bay and overall, it was a really pleasant experience. The place feels cozy and relaxed, perfect for a sit-down dinner after a long day in Boracay. We started with the Caesar salad, which was fresh and nicely balanced. The four cheese pizza was a hit. It was cheesy, rich, and comforting, with a good crust that didn’t feel too heavy. The lasagna bolognese was also satisfying, with a hearty sauce and generous serving that felt very filling. For dessert, we tried the tiramisu, which personally wasn’t for me. The ladyfingers weren’t soaked enough in espresso so it tasted a bit dry and crumbly, and the cream didn’t have that smooth, creamy texture you’d expect. It honestly felt more like a cake filling than a classic tiramisu. Might be worth trying other desserts instead. Big shoutout to Joerex, our server, who was super friendly and attentive. He made the whole dining experience feel warm and welcoming, which really adds to the place. Overall, a nice spot for Italian comfort food in Boracay, especially for pizza and pasta. Would come back, just probably skipping the tiramisu next time"

"If you want brick oven pizza and different pasta dishes, visit Mama Mia Ristorante Italiano. It has never ending pasta promo for P888 per person or P1500+ for two. For pizza, I liked the four cheese pizza. And for pasta, I liked the shrimp pesto and truffle. It also offers gelato."

"Stumbled upon Mamma Mia while exploring Boracay on our first night, and what a find it was! The experience for my mother, niece, and I was made memorable thanks to the attentive and friendly service from the waiters, especially Joril, who ensured we had everything we needed. The fine dining atmosphere was matched by the quality of the food. I had the mushroom ravioli and truffle oil chips on the side, which was absolutely delectable. My mother and niece enjoyed the lasagne, and even though I’m usually picky about lasagne that isn’t my mum's, I tried it and was genuinely impressed by the rich, full flavours. Shout out to the chef on duty (September 29th) and the rest of the welcoming team for a wonderful evening. Looking forward to coming back soon."
